Q2. What is the process of taking admission?
Ans. Students are required to fill the admission form. During the time of admission you must submit:
a. Photocopy of marks card
b. Two photographs &
c. Address proof of parents
Q3. What is the admission fee?
Ans. At the time of admission we take one time ‘non-refundable fee’ (admission fees). Fee is payable to ‘Eon Ventures’ for providing home tuition service and applicable for finding a teacher in your locality or the nearby area, and for monitoring the duration of touring.
Q4. Do the admission fees cover tuition charge?
Ans. No, amount paid (non-refundable) during the admission time is not a part of tuition charge. Customers need to discuss and settle monthly salary, tuition timings and payment mode directly with tutors at the time of admission. However, we do not charge any hidden fees to the customers.
Q5. What are the payment modes?
Ans. You can pay one time non-refundable amount (admission fees) through bank transfer, credit card, cash and debit card.
Q6. Do I need to sign any agreement/contract?
Ans. Yes, you are required to sign the agreement. According to the agreement, you will be the client of ‘HomeTuitionsInHyderabad’ until the contract is terminated.
Q7. During the time of dispute with tutor does ‘HomeTuitionsInHyderabad’ offer any help?
Ans. Yes, as a responsible company we try to resolve every single issue a customer face. We screen and interview teachers and recruit them on the base of their qualification and capability of teaching. Till now we have seen very rare cases of disputes, and solved them successfully.
Q8. Can I replace my tutor?
Ans. Yes, you can ask for changing a tutor. When you get enrolled with us, we will send a tutor for demo class. If you are fine to continue with same tutor for further classes … then it is OK. Otherwise we will send another until you get a tutor of your choice.
Q9. Do you compensate the classes if tutor takes leave for some days?
Ans. Yes, we compensate the classes if in-between teacher leaves due reasons like sickness, going outstation, leaving job, etc. We have a provision called ‘Tutor Replacement’ which can be done if you are unsatisfied with the teaching method or teacher cannot continue classes due to his/her own reason, or they are irregular in taking classes. The request of ‘Tutor Replacement’ can be raised during any time of the entire agreement period.
Q10. What are the syllabuses you covered?
Ans. Our teaching mentors can teach ICSE, CBSE, STATE and IGCSE Syllabuses. We provide lessons to all the subjects covered under above stated syllabuses and also take classes of students’ studying in universities.
Q11. Do you provide any guarantee in improvement of grades?
Ans. We are responsible for offering you the qualified home tutors only. Several factors contribute in the performance of the students. Apart from our service, study at school, college and, parental guidance and learning environment play a bigger role in encouraging student for academic development.
Q12. Do you offer any study package?
Ans. We offer three package for our home teaching service:
a. Quarterly Package
b. Half yearly package
c. Yearly package
Depending upon the duration of tuition requirement, you can choose any one package out of above listed three.
